RICE MASH (1/2 cup)
Rice mash is widely recommended as a great starter to the weaning process. It is easily digestible for you baby. You can dilute the rice mash with milk (breast or formula) to thin down the consistency so that it easy for your baby to swallow.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon rice
1/2 teaspoon ghee
Method:
- Wash the rice and add 3/4 cup of water. Cook well using a pressure cooker till you get 3-4 whistles.
- Remove the cooked rice from the pressure cooker and add ½ teaspoon of ghee and mix well.
- Mash it completely by adding the breast milk or formula to make a smooth consistency. Serve lukewarm to your baby slowly with care.
- Add more breastmilk if you want to dilute it more.
